Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

How long does delivery take?

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the United States.

All shipments include tracking and are delivered via FedEx, USPS, UniUni, or GoFo Express depending on destination and service availability. Deliveries occur on business days only. Local holidays, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions may occasionally extend transit times.

Approximately 98 percent of orders arrive within the estimated window. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is offered on all mainland United States orders. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to an additional shipping fee of $19.99 due to carrier and logistics costs.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order using the Order Tracking page on our website.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

In the rare event that your package is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll reship your order at no extra cost or issue a refund according to your preference.

My tracking shows delivered, but I did not receive my order?

If tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate your package, please check your mailbox, porch, side entrances, neighbors, or building management. Allow up to 48 hours in case the carrier marked the package delivered early.

If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can assist with a carrier claim.

My order is stuck in transit or not updating?

Occasional delays may occur due to weather or carrier backlogs. If tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate.

If the carrier confirms the shipment is lost, we will reship the order or issue a refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do you offer installment payments?

Yes. Shop Pay Installments are available at checkout, allowing you to split your purchase into four interest-free payments through Affirm.

Do you offer a law enforcement or service discount?

Yes. We offer a discount for law enforcement and qualifying service professionals.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer free size exchanges?

Backed by our 60-Day Elite Guarantee. Eligible orders include free size exchanges to help ensure the proper fit for your dog.

What conditions must returns meet?

To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in new condition.

Returned products must be free from urine, feces, blood, dirt, hair buildup, odors, or other contaminants. Items must show no structural damage, chewing, tearing, or excessive wear and must be returned in the original packaging with all inserts and accessories.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, email support@k9elitegear.com with your order number. Our team will guide you through the process.

Are made-to-order items returnable?

Once production has begun, made-to-order items cannot be canceled or modified. Refunds for made-to-order items are only issued in cases of manufacturing defect or fulfillment error.

This includes custom dog ID patches and personalized ID tags.

When does the refund process begin?

Refunds for returned items are processed after the product has been received and inspected at our facility.

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
