Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Free of any pee, poop, blood, dirt, or other contaminants.
  • No structural damage.
  • Original Packaging (or professionally packaged).

When does the refund process begin?

The return or refund process begins only after your order has been successfully delivered or not shipped yet.

If your product has shipped but not yet delivered, we cannot issue a refund until delivery is confirmed.

However, if your order is not delivered within 15 business days of shipping, we’ll issue a full refund.

We monitor every shipment and will assist with tracking or re-shipping if needed before a refund is processed.

Can I pay in installments?

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don’t receive your order within 15 business days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund or reshipment.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes. We offer free returns within 60 days of delivery under our ELITE Guarantee.

Does the product have to be unused to return it?

We get it, sometimes your dog needs to try it on first. As long as it’s in clean, resellable condition, we’ll accept it.
