K9ELITE RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We stand behind the quality and performance of our gear. Our return policy is designed to give customers confidence when purchasing while maintaining fairness, safety, hygiene, and product integrity.
K9ELITE GUARANTEE
Eligible orders are covered by the K9ELITE Guarantee.
This includes:
- 60-day fit support
- One free size exchange on eligible orders
- 60-day coverage for confirmed manufacturing defects, missing parts, damaged-on-arrival items or fulfillment errors
- 30-day refund returns for eligible unused products
Refund returns are subject to a $14.99 return handling fee, deducted from the refund amount.
60-DAY FIT SUPPORT
If you are unsure about sizing or adjustment, our support team can review your dog’s measurements or fit photos and help you get the harness adjusted correctly.
If the size is not right, you may request one free size exchange within 60 days of delivery.
Free size exchanges apply to eligible orders only.
To qualify for a size exchange, the item must be clean, unused, undamaged, and approved by K9ELITE before being sent back.
Items showing outdoor use, dirt, odor, hair buildup, chewing, tearing, or damage are not eligible for exchange.
60-DAY MANUFACTURING DEFECT COVERAGE
If your item has a confirmed manufacturing defect within 60 days of delivery, K9ELITE will replace the item or make it right at no additional cost.
Manufacturing defect coverage does not apply to damage caused by chewing, misuse, neglect, improper fit, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
Photos or videos may be required before approval.
30-DAY REFUND RETURN WINDOW
Refund returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Returns requested after 30 days are not eligible for refund. After 30 days, eligible cases may be handled through size exchange, replacement, or store credit at K9ELITE’s discretion.
Refund returns are accepted only for eligible items that are unused, clean, undamaged, and in new condition.
Refund returns are subject to a $14.99 return handling fee, deducted from the refund amount. This fee helps cover return processing, inspection, handling, and the original free shipping costs associated with the order.
The $14.99 return handling fee does not apply to confirmed manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or fulfillment errors on our end.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange, all items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in new condition
- Free from urine, feces, blood, dirt, hair buildup, odors, or other contaminants
- No chewing, tearing, structural damage, or excessive wear
- Returned with all included accessories, inserts, and packaging when possible
- Approved by K9ELITE before being sent back
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.
Used, dirty, damaged, contaminated, or chewed items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED
All returns and exchanges must be approved by K9ELITE before being sent back.
Items returned without authorization may be refused, rejected, or disposed of at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for following the return instructions provided by K9ELITE.
A refund will not be issued until the return is approved and, when required, the item has been received and inspected.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after inspection and approval.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Original shipping costs, shipping protection charges, and carrier fees are non-refundable.
FREE GIFTS & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Free gifts, promotional items, and bonus products have no cash value and are not eligible for refund.
If an order is returned for a refund, any physical free gifts included with the order must also be returned unused and in new condition.
If free gifts are not returned, their stated retail value may be deducted from the refund.
Digital products, training guides, and downloadable materials are non-refundable.
PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
All personalized products are non-refundable.
This includes standard patches, custom patches, personalized ID patches, personalized ID tags, and any other customized products.
Custom and personalized products cannot be canceled once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defect or fulfillment error on our end.
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Made-to-order products are produced after an order is placed and may require additional production time before shipment.
Once production has begun, made-to-order items cannot be canceled or modified.
Refunds for made-to-order items are only issued in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect or fulfillment error on our end.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives defective or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item, packaging, and issue.
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, we will make it right at no additional cost.
The return handling fee does not apply to confirmed defective items, incorrect items, or fulfillment errors on our end.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY PROTECTION
Refunds or returns cannot be processed until delivery is confirmed.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, K9ELITE may reship the order or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, and packages marked delivered by the carrier are reviewed case by case.
ABUSE OF POLICY
K9ELITE reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or future service in cases of excessive, fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious return behavior.
