All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after the order is placed.
- Orders are typically shipped on the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
Processing times may be slightly extended during peak promotional periods or periods of high order volume.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes:
3–7 business days within the United States
All shipments include tracking and are delivered via FedEx, USPS, UniUni, or GoFo Express, depending on destination and service availability.
Deliveries are made on business days only. Local holidays, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions may occasionally extend transit times.
While approximately 98% of orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, delivery times are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING RATES & SERVICE AREAS
- Free shipping is offered on all mainland United States orders
- Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to an additional shipping fee of $19.99, due to carrier and logistics costs
Applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment.
TRACKING & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
- Tracking information is provided once your order ships
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch
- Orders are considered delivered once marked as delivered by the carrier

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Some products are produced specifically after an order is placed.
- Made-to-order items require additional production time prior to shipment
- Production timelines are clearly disclosed on the product page before purchase
- Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window:
- Please contact support@k9elitegear.com so we can investigate with the carrier
- If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship the order or issue a refund, at our discretion
Refunds or returns cannot be processed until delivery is confirmed.
