K9ELITE products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the product information, sizing guidance, adjustment instructions, care instructions, and warnings provided through our website or with the product.
Customers are responsible for measuring their dog, selecting the appropriate size, adjusting the product correctly, supervising their dog, and checking the product’s fit and condition before use.
Breed, age, and weight recommendations are provided as general guidance only. They do not guarantee that a particular product or size will fit every dog of that breed, age, or weight.
The customer should ensure that the product is secure but not excessively tight and that it does not restrict normal breathing, movement, circulation, or comfort.
Harnesses, collars, leashes, straps, buckles, clips, handles, stitching, adjustment points, and other components should be inspected before each use and regularly throughout the life of the product.
Do not use any product that is damaged, excessively worn, chewed, torn, altered, improperly adjusted, contaminated, or not functioning as intended.
No harness, collar, leash, clip, buckle, or restraint should be considered completely escape-proof, chew-proof, or failure-proof.
K9ELITE products do not replace responsible supervision, handling, training, veterinary guidance, or professional behavioral advice.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the applicable product page, K9ELITE products are not designed, tested, or certified for lifting or suspending an animal, fall protection, climbing, vehicle crash restraint, medical restraint, or unattended tethering.
Control handles are intended to provide short-term handling assistance and additional control. They must not be used to lift, carry, or suspend a dog unless the applicable product is expressly designed and rated for that purpose.
The customer is responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their dog’s measurements, strength, behavior, health, activity, and intended use.
If you are unsure about sizing, fit, adjustment, or suitability, contact K9ELITE Customer Support before using the product.
7 - PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may change from time to time.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases made through the Service.
You agree to promptly update your information, including your email address, shipping address, billing information, and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you when necessary.
All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise.

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that access to the Service will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
We do not warrant that information or results obtained through use of the Service will always be accurate, complete, or reliable.
We do not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for products or services offered directly by an unaffiliated third party through a third-party website or service.
20 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
K9ELITE is not responsible for injury, escape, property damage, product damage, or other loss resulting from improper sizing, incorrect adjustment, failure to inspect the product, continued use of a damaged product, chewing, scratching, animal behavior, misuse, neglect, modification, improper care, use outside the product’s intended purpose, or failure to follow instructions and warnings.
This limitation does not apply where the loss was caused by K9ELITE’s negligence, willful misconduct, breach of an applicable written warranty, or other conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, K9ELITE LLC and our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and licensors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages.
This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, replacement costs, or similar economic losses arising from your use of the Service or a product purchased through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, K9ELITE’s total aggregate liability arising from a particular product or order will not exceed the amount paid to K9ELITE for the product or order giving rise to the claim.
