HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
K9ELITE donates a portion of eligible returned gear to NPCA or other approved organizations, giving new, safe, and fully functional equipment a second purpose.
When requesting an eligible return, tell our support team you would like to apply for the Donation Program.
We confirm that the gear remains new, safe, clean, fully functional, and suitable for donation.
Once approved and received, K9ELITE donates the gear to NPCA or another approved organization.
